This policy explains how CertiQ processes information when you use our app, website and related services. For privacy questions, contact support@certiq.app.
Information we process
We may process account and identity data; learning activity such as courses, answers, progress and study plans; content and communications you submit; subscription status; and technical information needed for security, diagnostics and notifications. Payment data is managed by the relevant store and CertiQ does not receive your full card number.
How we use information
We use information to create and protect your account, deliver and personalize the service, record progress, manage Premium features, answer requests, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and improve CertiQ reliability.
Service providers
We may use providers that process data for us, including Supabase for authentication, data and storage; RevenueCat for subscriptions; Expo for technical services such as notifications; and authentication providers you choose, such as Google. Each provider processes information according to its role and terms.
Retention and security
We keep information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards, although no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can update certain data in the app, manage notifications on your device, and request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@certiq.app. We may ask you to verify your identity.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data through our support page. Where applicable, we retain only information required by law or needed for security and legal claims.
Children
CertiQ is not directed to children below the minimum age to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided data without authorization, contact us.
International transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. We take reasonable measures to ensure those transfers have appropriate protections.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our product or applicable rules. We will publish the current version and effective date on this page.
